The Shipping Association of Guyana (SAG) represents stakeholders of the shipping industry. We seek to help our members establish legitimacy, and enable them to network and benefit from the timely exchange of information. This is done through the engagement of key regulatory and government agencies and international maritime organisations.

Joining the Association will ensure that you are surrounded by a community of business operators with similar interests. Being a part of the association also ensures that your recommendations and concerns are heard at the local, regional and international levels.

SAG provides the opportunity for its members to participate in forums and dialogue sessions that have a bearing on key initiatives that impact the shipping industry in Guyana.
